The 2006 Holland National Night Out was an award-winning success!
Message from Janet Simmons, Holland Club President:
Dear Ruritans,
Last night in the City Council Chambers, Carol Warren accepted the award for best Community National Night Out. We knew the night was a good one because of all the positive compliments. We were so pleased that Holland Ruritan Club received the award competing against 26 other communities in the city. As Carol said last night, no one person can do what we did that night. We would not have been able to accomplish such a great event without the help of a lot of club members and friends. By winning in the city, we will be competing for the National Award. Thanks so much for helping us win. Looking forward to trying again next year.
